The last section of FAQ where you need to answer some questions. Here are the details for this section :


  1. What facilities and equipment are included with the guest pass?
    • Kindly give details about what facilities & equipments you can give to your guest users.
  2. Are there any restrictions on using the amenities with the guest pass (e.g., sauna, pool, or classes)? *
    • If there is any restrictions for the guest then do mention that. Like guest can access sauna for 15 mins only.
  3. How long is the guest pass valid for, and are there time restrictions on when I can visit?
    • You need to mention the validity period of the guest pass. Like for me the guest pass is valid only for an hour in a day.
  4. Do I need to book classes or facilities in advance with the guest pass, or can I walk in?
    • For guest pass is there an advance booking or guests can just walk-in to the venue.
  5. What should I bring with me when using the guest pass (e.g., ID, workout gear)?
    • You need to mention the document if required for a guest to access your space.
  6. Are there any additional costs or fees associated with using certain amenities (e.g., towels, lockers)?
    • Guest can use all the amenities or need to pay extra for any of them.
  7. Can I bring a friend or family member or trainer with me on the guest pass?
    • Can guest bring any other member with them.
  8. Is parking available, and do guest pass users have access to it?
    • Is there parking available for guest users.


Once all the queries are answered, you can hit save button and profile is 100% complete. Now you need to hit the button to submit for review. Once submitted your profile will go to admin for verification. Once verified by admin your profile will be visible to clients.
