Welcome to Fitness999
Getting started is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to create your account and begin your fitness journey.

Visit the Sign Up page here: fitness999.co.uk/signup
This is where you can register as a new client.
On the Join Us form, select Client from the “Join as” menu.
This ensures your account is set up with client features such as booking trainers, managing sessions, and accessing your dashboard.
You will see a dropdown asking where you heard about Fitness999.
Choose the option that applies to you. This helps us understand how people find us.
Fill in the following fields:
Name
Email
Phone number
You will see a few important confirmations:
You confirm that you are above 18 years old
You agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy
You can also choose to receive updates and offers from Fitness999, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
Tick the “I am human” verification box. This protects your account from automated sign ups.
Once everything is complete, click the Sign Up button.
Your account will be created instantly.
8. Registration Complete
Once you click Sign Up, your registration is complete.
An email will be sent to your email address and phone number. Please verify your email to activate your account.
After verification, you can start booking sessions with our certified trainers and begin your fitness journey.

9. After verification, set your password
Once your email is verified, you can set your password and add a security question.
(Please note that without a security question, you will not be able to receive phone support. Make sure to set this up so you can get smooth assistance whenever you need it.)
